Comedian and talk show host Ellen DeGeneres and wife Portia de Rossi just sold their multi-million dollar mansion in California to Justin Bieber’s manager, Scooter Braun.

The couple’s sprawling mansion in Montecito, California was sold for a whopping $36 million according to SitelineSB and Dirt.

Braun bought the property in an off-market deal.

The mansion was built in 2014 and has gone through a lavish renovation.

Located in Santa Barbara, the four-bedroom, five-bathroom mansion is a sight to behold with its Moorish design.

Moorish architecture is certainly eye-catching with its colorful tiles, plasterwork and geometric shapes. DeGeneres took inspiration from the Alhambra Palace in Granada, Spain.

Standout interior design features are the hand-carved front door, timber floorboards imported from Europe, Corinthian-style columns, hand-carved marble fountain and bath.

Alongside the main residence, which has an incredible view of the Pacific Ocean, there’s also a guesthouse with a living room and kitchen.

There’s also plenty of space to relax and unwind with 2.45 acres of manicured grounds, a swimming pool, fire pit, tennis and bocce courts.

Braun, Bieber and their A-list friends will be able to entertain in style with the estate also boasting a 16-seat covered pergola for al fresco dining, a movie theatre, and billiard room.

DeGeneres and de Rossi are known for their expensive taste in real estate properties. The couple have a property portfolio worth a whopping $450 million.

Over a week ago, Ellen and Portia were seen out in public for the first time since the death of Ellen’s former girlfriend Anne Heche, as they stepped out for lunch at the upscale eatery Tre Lune in Montecito, California.

The 64-year old comedian wore a button-down short-sleeved top with navy blue shorts and white Nike sneakers. While 49-year old de Rossi wore an off-white T-shirt with light blue jeans and brown ankle-high boots.

It was the first time DeGeneres was seen publicly prior to a previous visit to the eatery on August 8, three days after Heche’s August 5 car crash into a Mar Vista, California home.

Two weeks ago, the couple celebrated their 14th wedding anniversary.

His most recent work, the BL movie Love at the End of the World, was screened on Vivamax Plus. Nico Locco, Nicholas Timothy Fowler offcam, is an Italian-Canadian international model, actor, and host, currently living in the Philippines.
