Maggie Wilson at Tim Connor, nahaharap sa reklamong adultery; Tim, tikom ang bibig sa isyu

Kahapon din ay naglabas na ng statement sa kanyang IG Story ang itinuturong third party na si Tim at sinabing hindi s’ya magbibigay ng anumang reaksyon o interview tungkol sa isyu. “For everyone looking for a reaction or an interview from me… You won’t get one,” the British-Thai business mogul said.
Kasunod ng pahingi n’ya ng saklolo sa social media dahil sa diumano’y harrasment against her na ginagawa ng estranged husband niyang si Victor Consuji, nahaharap naman ngayon sa reklamong adultery ang actress-beauty queen at entrepreneur na si Maggie Wilson at ang rumored British-Thai boyfriend n’yang si Tim Connor.
Naglipana ngayon online ang kopya ng reklamo laban kina Maggie at Tim Jayankura Na Ayudha, o mas kilala bilang Tim Connor, na isinampa sa Regional Trial Court ng Taguig dated June 30, 2022.
Nasakaad sa reklamo na nakiapid umano ang aktres gayung hindi pa tuluyang napapawalang-bisa ang kasal nila ng kanyang businessman estranged husband.
Narito ang nakasaad sa reklamo:
“That, on or about the month of February 2022, more or less, in the City of Taguig, Philippines and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the above-named accused, as a group and in conspirancy with each other, did, then and there, willfully, unlawfully, knowingly, and feloniously commit the crime of Adultery, by then and there, having sexual intercourse with each other despite the fact that Accused Wilson is a married woman who is married to Private Complainant Victor Sid Consunji, and while Accused Ayudha, who is not the husband of Accused Wilson, had carnal knowledge of the latter, despite knowing her to be married to the Private Complainant, much to the latter’s damage and prejudice, in violation of the above-cited law.”
Handa naman daw lumaban dito si Maggie na nasa abroad ngayon.
“Just finished a 3 hour meeting with my lawyers. I am ready to fight,” tugon n’ya sa kanyang Instagram Story.
Ayon pa umano sa mga nakalap n’ya, isinampa lamang daw ang reklamong adultery para gipitin s’ya at nang sa gayun ay sumang-ayon na lang siya sa lahat ng kagustuhan ng “complainant.”
Narito ang tugon ni Maggie:
“‘According to Gabriela Women’s Party’s bill, adultery and concubinage are often resorted to only as ‘bargaining suits’ to get the other party in a nullity petition to ‘cooperate’ or to catipulate in support negotiations.
“These suits, while pursued in the initial stages, are often withdrawn or dismissed. Worse, separated or abandoned wives, who have no legal remedy in the absence of a divorce law, are always under a constant threat of suit from their estranged husbands.
“They are blackmailed by their estranged husband through adultery, and while they also have a ground to file concubinage, they face the difficulty of proving the crime due to the inherent difficulty in the standards set by the law.
“In many cases, women who are forced by these threats are forced to forego legitimate custodial claims of their children while some are forced to give up their claims over conjugal properties, assets and the like.’”

“I don’t stoop so low as to answer complete and utter rubbish accusations out of anger that hold no water. (Unless I am required to do so by law enforcement of that country).”
Umaasa umano s’yang mapa-plantsa ng estranged couple ang gusot sa pagitan nila para sa kapakanan ng anak nilang si Connor.
“I hope for their Son Connor’s sake, all issues between Victor & Maggie get resolved peacefully as soon as possible,” he wrote.
Paki-usap pa n’ya, “This is not a circus; this is people’s family lives – please respect that.”
Matatandaan na nito lang July 16 ay inihayag ni Maggie na sinubukan silang palayasin sa tirahan nila sa Taguig City.
Ang sister n’yang si Beth Wilson ang nakaharap ng nagpakilalang top executive ng Victor Consunji Development Corporation (VCDC). Sa video nga ipinost n’ya sa social media makikitang nagpaalam ang top executive para ikandado daw ang bahay nila dahil pag-aari iyon ng DMCI, na pag-aari ng pamilya ni Victor.
Bagama’t hindi napaalis sina Beth dahil active pa naman daw ang lease contract nila sa bahay, nawalan naman sila ng kuryente gayung wala namang power outage sa kanilang lugar.
Hinala n’ya, panggigipit ito sa kanila ng kanyang estranged husband.
