The Big Bang Theory star Kaley Cuoco is a single lady again.

The 36-year-old actress-producer officially settled her divorce with second husband, Karl Cook.

According to legal documents obtained by Fox News, the divorce was finalized last June 24.

It was on September 2021 when Kaley and Karl made a joint statement that they are separating: “Despite a deep love and respect for one another, we have realized that our current paths have taken us in opposite directions.”

The ex-couple entered into the marriage with an ironclad prenuptial agreement, that outlines most of the financial information needed to settle the case.

The couple shares no children together, so child custody and support will not be an issue in this case. But, the former couple does own several animals together — along with an army of horses.

It should be noted, each of them is a millionaire many times over, so spousal support is most likely off the table too.

Cuoco, who currently stars in HBO’s The Flight Attendant, began dating Cook, an equestrian and an heir to a billion-dollar empire, in 2016 and became engaged the following year. They tied the knot in San Diego on June 30, 2018.

Before she married Cook, Cuoco went through her first divorce with tennis star Ryan Sweeting in 2016. They were married three years before calling it quits.

Cuoco shared in an interview with PEOPLE that she will “never” get married again. But she is open to a long-term relationship. But walking down the aisle again is where she’ll draw the line.

A source from PEOPLE said: “Kaley is doing fine. She has a big career and puts that first in her life. It’s basically a growing apart and each pursuing separate interests. She has a lot going on in her career now and loves her work, their relationship is just following different paths. A marriage doesn’t work if you rarely see the other one.”

Cuoco has moved on from her marriage and is currently dating Ozark actor Tom Pelphrey. The couple made it official on Instagram last month.

PEOPLE reported that the new couple stepped out to support Greg Berlanti, the executive producer of HBO Max’s The Flight Attendant series, at a prestigious event last May 23, the Hollywood Walk of Fame Star ceremony.

Kaley posted on Instagram a series of polaroid photos with Tom and captioned it: “Life lately – the sun breaks through the clouds, rays of gold slipping into my eyes and heart, rays of yellow to break the grey.”

Tom also posted the same photos with his caption: “But nothing can save you. Not your friends, not the best Fred Astaire musical you’ve ever seen- the grace of it, not your mother’s beauty, not a line from a letter you find at the bottom of a drawer, not a magazine or the next day. Nothing can save you. And you stand in the moonlight and a sweetness comes off the top of the trees, and the fence around the yard seals you off from the dark and you can’t breathe. It is all so familiar and possible. It is too simple that there is this much good in the world and you don’t know how to have it. And it makes you wonder when it was you lost your place. Then you catch a breeze, so warm and ripe, it makes you hope that someone will come who also cannot save you, but who will think you are worth saving.”

Kaley became the one of the highest-paid TV actresses during the 12-season run of The Big Bang Theory (2007-2019) playing the lead female role of Penny.

In the last three seasons, she was paid a hefty $1 million per episode. According to Forbes, her net worth is $100 million.
