Naglabas na ng opisyal na pahayag ang kampo ng aktres na si Ruffa Gutierrez kaugnay sa kinasasangkutan n’yang issue ngayon nang diumano’y pagsi-sitante sa dalawa n’yang kasambahay nang walang sweldo.
Nauna itong lumabas as blind item ni dating COMELEC commissioner and now Congresswoman-elect Rowena Guanzon sa Twitter nitong Huwebes, July 7.
Pinuna n’ya kasi ang isang employer na nagpalayas umano ng house helper nang hindi binibigyan ng sweldo.
Mas lumaki ang isyu nang kumpirmahin pa n’ya, direkta kay Ruffa sa Twitter pa rin, kung totoo ba ito. Although hindi n’ya pinangalanan si Ruffa sa nauna n’yang blind item, ang pagtatanong n’ya dito ay sapat na sa netizens para maunawaan na ang actress-beauty queen ang pinatutungkulan n’ya sa blind item.
Kaagad namang sinagot ito ni Ruffa at itinanggi ang tsika nang nakarating kay Guanzon nagpalayas s’ya ng kasambahay na walang sweldo.
Bagama’t totoo daw na nagkagulo sa kanila, nasa shooting daw s’ya ng pelikula n’yang Maid in Malacañang nang mangyari ito.

Maayos din daw ang pakikitungo n’ya sa mga kasambahay nila dahil kung hindi ay hindi tatagal ang mga ito sa kanila ng ilang dekada.

At ngayong araw, July 11, lumabas na ang opisyal na pahayag ng abogado ni Ruffa na si Atty. Bryant Gamonnac Casiw para sa mga nagpapakalat ng maling impormasyon laban sa kanya.
“We issue this statement for our client, Ms. Ruffa Gutierrez (the “Client”)” panimula ni Atty. Casiw.
“It has come to our attention that social media posts have circulated online about an alleged incident on 7 July 2022 involving two new helpers of our Client who worked for a few weeks (the “Helpers”).”
Dinepensahan din n’ya ang paratang kay Ruffa na nagpalayas daw ng kasambahay at hindi nagbigay ng sweldo. Black propaganda umano ito para dungisan ang reputasyon ng aktres lalo na ngayong gaganap s’ya bilang si dating First Lady Imelda Marcos sa pelikula.
“Contrary to fake news peddled on social media, our Client NEITHER FIRED the Helpers NOR REFUSED TO PAY their remaining pay for six days. In fact, it was the Helpers who quit and insisted that they leave the house immediately without complying with clearance requirements of the village association. This fake news is a black propaganda / smear campaign against our Client as she is playing the character of former First Lady Imelda Marcos in an upcoming movie,” aniya.
Ang dalawang kasambahay din daw ang nagpasyang umalis ang hindi nakakapag-exit clearance na required sa village kung saan nakatira si Ruffa.
“While our Client was away for work on 7 July 2022, the Helpers became unruly and turned berserk. They persistently called our Client that they have decided to quit since they could no longer cope with the taping and shooting schedules of our Client. They have caused a commotion and were in a hurry to leave the house, without first complying with the clearance requirements of the village association,” patuloy na lahad ni Atty. Casiw.
Lumabag din daw sa kasunduan ang mga nasabing house helper sa paglalabas nila ng impormasyon tungkol sa kanilang employer na isang public figure.
“Moreover, the Helpers violated the Confidentiality, Non-Disclosure and Working Agreement that they signed on 12 June 2022 with their unauthorized taking of Confidential Information under the agreement. Their acts endangered the safety, security, and privacy of our Client and her family. It was also discovered that the Helpers made arrangements to transfer employment to a neighbor in the village,” pagsisiwalat n’ya.
“For proper handling of the matter, our Client sought the assistance of the village association’s security officers and the Barangay Assistance Center. This domestic issue could be resolved privately. Despite what happened, our Client wishes the Helpers well.”
Mahusay rin daw makisama si Ruffa sa kanyang mga kasambahay bilang employer. Patunay umano diyan ang mga helpers nito na dekada nang naninilbihan sa kanya.
“Our Client has always been very generous with, and compassionate to, those who work for and with her, giving them bonuses and tips for extra hours worked.
